Mindfully Flow into 2023

As the new year ushers in, I welcome you to download or take a screenshot of this mindful check-in exercise to reflect on the past year and mindfully create a few intentions for the year ahead. It often helps to take inventory of the past while forging ahead with expectancy. As always, I do encourage you to Begin Within - focusing on the internal as a guiding light toward the external. 

I would offer that you don't feel forced to make new year's resolutions or add anything new to your plate just because it's the traditional thing to do. Sometimes, we just need to stay the course, flow into the new year, and finish what we started last year. Do what works best for you. Do what feels right. Do what makes sense at this moment. 

We certainly invite you to share your Intention Word for 2023, if you feel led to do so. We will collect them and share them in the weeks to come.
