Jung thought our life’s work was about living fully and authentically and exploring our wholeness—not just our happiness or well-being. Join a dedicated group of Jung followers as we examine a variety of Jungian concepts and ideas and how they connect to our day-to-day living. Hosted by long-time IWC Facilitator Vicki Saunders.

  • MWJ meets every Monday on Zoom from 12:15-1:00 pm

Mindfulness & Meditation Mornings

Led by IWC faculty member Philip Davidson, these sessions explore a variety of mindfulness topics such as Acceptance, Equanimity, Waking Up, Vulnerability and the Four Qualities of the Heart.

Included are brief talks on a specific topic, a guided meditation, a reflection question, and time to interact with other participants.

  • M&M meets on Wednesdays & Fridays on Zoom from 9:15-10:00 am, with the Zoom window opening at 9:00 am.

The Men's Drop-In Group is a supportive space designed to help men, and those who identify as men, cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and foster personal growth. Men often face unique challenges, stressors, and social conditioning that can impact their mental well-being. This group provides a safe and non-judgmental space for men to explore mindfulness practices, share experiences, and build a sense of community.

  • The Men’s Group meets virtually on Zoom on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
