Online Learning and Global Reach
Our five free online learning communities provide critical support and resources to diverse groups nationwide. These include spaces dedicated to mindfulness for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, a weekly meditation group for all (Mindful Mornings), a psychology-based discussion group exploring shadow work and behavior change (Mondays with Jung), a Death Matters group for conversations on death, dying, and grief, and a mindfulness group tailored for deaf and disabled individuals, offering accessible formats like sign language.

Our programs focus on 4 key areas of inner work:

Trauma and emotional pain often manifest physically, leaving us stuck in stress patterns of fight or flight. Through creative expression and somatic (body) work, these programs helps participants release stored emotions and heal the nervous system. By creating a safe psychological and physical space, participants can calm their bodies, foster resilience, and open themselves to deeper inquiry, healing and transformation.

The foundation of inner work begins with self-awareness. These programs helps participants uncover unconscious beliefs and patterns that influence their actions. Drawing on the teachings of Carl Jung, we explore the ego, shadow self, and unconscious projections that can perpetuate shame, blame, and harm. By identifying these patterns and bringing them into conscious awareness, individuals can break free from limiting beliefs, fostering growth, healing, and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Once awareness is cultivated, the next step is learning to pause and transform habits. These programs teach mindfulness and meditation practices to adults, helping them develop the ability to stop, reflect, and act intentionally. By focusing on self-awareness and cultivating inner leadership, participants create new, positive neural pathways that lead to healthier habits and automatic ways of being. These practices foster clarity, compassion, and meaningful connections with the world.

The culmination of inner work is a connection to something greater. These programs explore the common spiritual truths that unite diverse wisdom traditions. By fostering an understanding of the shared values beneath religious and cultural differences, participants cultivate belonging, inclusivity, and a sense of shared humanity. This approach is critical for creating a world grounded in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
