Retreats
Retreats can be a valuable tool in our self care practice. Dedicated time to focus on your own well being with a supportive group and facilitator can be a time of healing, self reflection and renewal. We offer a variety of retreat options every year from silent meditation retreats in beautiful outdoor settings to half and full day programs at the Gathering Space.
Curious about what a silent retreat looks like? Wondering if you could ever participate in one? Our Two-Hour Mini Retreat is the perfect introduction for beginners. This retreat is designed to help you acclimate to silence and stillness in a very simple and supportive environment.
Participants have found this mini-retreat to be an easy way to commit to more silence than their regular sitting practice. Even those new to sitting or meditation have found it highly beneficial
Next Mini-Retreat: Saturday November 23
Take the next step in your mindfulness journey with our Half-Day Silent Retreat. Designed for those with an intermediate practice, this four-hour retreat prepares you for longer silent retreats.
The format includes:
- Meditation Session (20 minutes)
- Walking Meditation (20 minutes)
- Mindful Movement on the Mat (20 minutes)
These sessions are repeated for the second hour. After a small break for a silent snack or lunch, we will resume the same practice for the next two hours.
Next Half-Day Retreat: Saturday, December 14
Intention setting is the act of establishing the direction of one's journey with both purpose and also spaciousness. It encourages a lens of compassionate steadfastness as opposed to an unyielding line in the sand. We can hold purpose with kindness and receive the outcome that matters to us.
In this 3 hour experiential workshop, that includes compassionate inquiry, gentle yoga, and art journaling, participants will reflect on their 2024 lived experiences as a vehicle for setting their compass to navigate clearly and kindly into 2025. No artistic ability is necessary as the art will come from within. No yoga experience is needed - all bodies and abilities are welcomed + encouraged.
During this half-day retreat you will have an opportunity to devote yourself to exploring your inner experience and to connect with your innate wisdom and creativity through embodied mindfulness, non-stylized movement, intuitive art-making, and improvisational performance ritual. The intention of the retreat is for you to connect to the present moment, to discover artful ways to enhearten your spirit and to find creative nourishment through the arts and one another.

Pricing
We are committed to making our programs accessible to everyone in our community, recognizing that financial circumstances vary widely. To honor this diversity, we offer our classes, workshops, and services at three different investment levels. When you register we trust you to choose the level that best aligns with your situation, with honesty and compassion for both your own circumstances and those of others.
At the Innerwork Center, we understand that sacrifice creates value. We are deeply grateful to our donors, members, and sponsors whose generosity enables us to offer these tiered pricing options.
Ensuring inclusivity and fostering a sense of belonging are core values of our organization. We aim to connect and include everyone, making sure that no one is turned away from the opportunity for personal growth and well-being.
Non-Member Rate:
Ideal for those who attend classes on an occasional basis, the non-member rate is slightly higher. This rate supports our Access Fund, enabling others to participate in our classes through scholarship opportunities.
Member Rate:
This rate is reserved for our annual members as a token of appreciation for their ongoing commitment. Your membership not only supports the Innerwork Center but also subsidizes reduced rates for others, reflecting the true cost of our programs. This is akin to what you might expect to pay as a drop-in rate at other organizations. Become a member today!
Access Fund Rate:
We believe everyone deserves the gift of wellness. This is why we offer our Access fund rate. This rate is made possible by generous donations from individuals who understand the importance of making our programs accessible to all.
