Dedicated time to focus on your own well being with a supportive group and facilitator can be a time of healing, self reflection and renewal. We offer a variety of retreat options every year from silent meditation retreats in beautiful outdoor settings to one day programs in our own space. Enjoy a day of spacious retreat at Serenity Farm, a time to get away to the country for quiet reflection and deep connection. Through a series of mindfulness meditation and exercises you will cultivate presence and gain tools to take home with you to enhance your inner work practice in daily life.

2024 Silent Meditation Weekend Retreat

Finding Inner Joy: Embracing Life’s Ebbs and Flows

Throughout the weekend, participants experienced:

- Insightful talks hosted by long-time IWC faculty
- Seated and walking meditations for all experience levels
- Daily yoga and movement practices
- An opportunity to be still and connect with the natural world
- Time and space for reflection and integration
- Six satisfying and healthy meals prepared by Roslyn dining professionals (vegan, gluten-free, and other special allergen diets are easily accommodated)
- Being held and supported by experienced retreat managers and surrounded by like-minded participants
