Drop-in Community Groups

At the Innerwork Center, we believe in the power of community and connection. Our drop-in community groups are open to everyone and are designed to create a sense of belonging. These donation-based groups offer a safe space for individuals to come together, explore what matters most to them, and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether you are looking to connect with others, delve into self-discovery, or simply find a supportive community, our groups provide a welcoming environment for all. Join us and experience the transformative power of shared inner work and community connection.

Coming Home: A BIPOC Spiritual Community

Coming Home is a wellbeing affinity group for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). When we come together, we can show up as our true selves. It is a space where we can recognize our needs and be in a community that supports healing and connection. Join us the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Even if you’re late, we’ll be here and there will be a space for you, just like coming home.

Mindfulness & Meditation Mornings

Queer Richmond Sangha (QRS) is a vibrant community dedicated to embracing and supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, or otherwise gender or sexuality non-conforming individuals. In the traditional sense, "Sangha" refers to a community devoted to the exploration of dharma and meditation. QRS builds on this concept by creating a space where these profound practices and teachings are examined from and for an LGBTQIA+ perspective.

  • QRS meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Zoom
