Inner Work in Community

We believe in the power of community and connection. Our community groups are open to everyone and are designed to create a sense of belonging. These donation-based groups offer a safe space for individuals to come together, explore what matters most to them, and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether you are looking to connect with others, delve into self-discovery, or simply find a supportive community, our groups provide a welcoming environment for all. Join us and experience the transformative power of shared inner work and community connection.

Accessible Mindfulness

Accessible Mindfulness is an online community of Deaf people and people who self-identify as having a disability or living with chronic illness, injury, or pain that meets weekly to connect, learn and practice mindfulness meditation together. Mindfulness and wisdom can arise in powerful ways when the interface with the world around a person is altered from what is considered standard. This group creates a safe container in which the development of individual mindfulness and meditation practices, both in sitting and in daily life, and inner exploration are deeply informed by the experience of the embodied differences of the group members.

  • Accessible Mindfulness meets on Zoom every Monday from 7:00-8:00 pm EST.

  • On the Second Monday of the month, the group meets from 7:00-8:30 pm EST.

Together, we cultivate a space of belonging, where we can recognize our own needs, explore practices that nourish us, and build connections rooted in shared experience and mutual care. Whether you're seeking rest, reflection, or conversation, you’ll find a community that welcomes you as you are.

  • Coming Home meets on Zoom the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Even if you arrive late, know that we’ll be here, and there will always be a place for you—just like coming home.

The Spiritual Curiosity Circle at the Innerwork Center is a space for those who seek, wonder, and reflect. It is an open gathering for deep conversation, shared inquiry, and meaningful exploration of the nature of being. Here, we come together as fellow seekers—asking questions, sharing insights, and embracing the mystery of what it means to be human. In community and conversation, we cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in something greater than ourselves.

All are welcome. Bring your openness, your questions, and your curiosity.

These discussions often include reflective pauses, creating space for thought and shared insight.

Free and open to the public, this monthly event provides a gentle pause for personal reflection and collective presence. The Bench is a place to connect with yourself and the quiet company of others.

  • The Bench takes place in-person at the Innerwork Center Gathering Space on the final Sunday of each month from 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
