Share your unique program idea with us and help shape our community’s growth. We're looking for proposals that align with our mission of inspiring well-being and inner transformation. Join us in creating programs that make a difference.

Our 2025 books are open and we are seeking program proposals for classes, workshops, retreats, and special events in January, February, March, and April.

We appreciate you taking the time to review the following information carefully.

The Innerwork Center provides transformational programming to our community in the following four categories - You will be asked to choose which category your program best fits into:

  1. Mindfulness + Meditation: Develop a practice of presence and awareness to cultivate a deeper connection with the present moment and enhance overall well-being. We're looking for programs that help participants integrate mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives.

  2. Wisdom Traditions + Spirituality: Delve into profound existential questions and explore diverse spiritual dimensions to enrich life's journey and find deeper meaning. We welcome proposals that draw from various wisdom traditions and spiritual practices.

  3. Psychology + Consciousness: Explore the depths of the self through professional guidance, fostering personal growth and a greater understanding of one's inner world. We seek programs that offer insights into psychological well-being and the nature of consciousness.

  4. Creative Expression + Movement: Promote physical and mental well-being through the transformative power of creative activities and movement. We are interested in programs that encourage a harmonious connection between body and mind through art, dance, music, and other forms of creative expression.

Our programs are offered to our community in a variety of formats - You will be asked to choose which format category your program best fits into:

  1. Classes: Classes are stand-alone programs that are 2 hours or less. We typically offer drop-in registration. Some classes are recurring.

  2. Workshops: Programs that are 2 or more hours in length and/or meets for multiple sessions which build upon each other.

  3. Retreats: Hourly, day-long, and multi-day gatherings that focus on cultivating space for direct-experience.

  4. Other: Special events, book study/discussions, panels, etc. If it doesn't fit into the other categories, it lives here.

Programs are also categorized according to delivery method - You will be asked to choose how you will deliver your program:

  • In Person

  • Hybrid In Person + Virtual (live on Zoom)

  • Virtual (live on Zoom)

  • Virtual (pre-recorded, hosted on our Online Classroom)

Further, we hope to align our programming with the following themes - we ask that you consider these themes when submitting your program proposal.

  • Provide participants with tools to achieve a balanced, enriching life, enhancing mental clarity, inner peace, and communal support.

March: Mindfulness

We welcome classes, workshops, or retreats that:

  • Focus on mindfulness practices that reduce stress, enhance emotional resilience, support mental health, and strengthen community ties.

  • Teach techniques that improve mental clarity, support self-empowerment, and promote mental well-being, while fostering a sense of connection with others.

  • Explore how mindfulness can lead to greater self-acceptance, inner peace, better mental health, and a more mindful, supportive community.

April: Awakening

For April, we are seeking proposals that explore the theme of "Awakening." We invite classes, workshops, and retreats that inspire participants to awaken to new perspectives, possibilities, and inner truths. This theme focuses on the impact of mental clarity, self-empowerment, and mental health in the process of personal awakening. We are particularly interested in offerings that:
