Mindfulness and Meditation Mornings
Mindfulness and Meditation Mornings meets twice a week for about 45 minutes each time. We explore mindfulness topics, engage in a guided practice, have time for both small group conversations and whole group conversations. You can participate easily as either an experienced or novice practitioner.
